The maina issues is that developers such as Gulshan Homes, Nirala, Panchsheel, Buland Elevates, Supertech, Ajnara, Earth group and many more have issued cancellation notice illegally. It has been reported that the developers are accepting new booking and canceling onld ones to get more money.
