Hey Indu,the thing is both the ways, yes goverement is taking us seriously and also the question of election is coming up. The positive point is, we will be oblifged wth good infrastructure and few civic problem of our might get solved.

I also heard that commercial establishments operating illegally in farm houses and other places in nearly 400 rural areas have been relieved from sealing and demolition as per the legislation.

Delhi government is planning to freeze all the sealing and demolition of residential and commercial properties in the city, yes the news is true. But CM does not want to carry on such action now in the residential areas, even if they are unauthorized colonies as the elections are near.
