First phase is completed and now Rajasthan Government is ready to move in second phase.

Hi Ananya.. This elevated road is proposed to relieve the traffic flow from Ajmer to Jaipur and vice-versa. There will be two levels including ground level. Normal traffic will flow on the ground level and the proposed four lane elevated road will be constructed to ease the traffic on the highway. The metro track will be constructed on the second level.

Hi all..i heard that this elevated road is a elevated road-cum-metro track . Can anybody give me idea about this..?? Both elevated road project and BRTS project is getting affected by the Jaipur metro.

hey manohar..Bus Rapid Transit System project may also get delayed by 10 months. It will be taken up after the metro is operational. They cannot be carried out simultaneously as it involves risks.

I think..DMRC is completely focusing on Jaipur metro... as the deadline of this metro project is 30 June.This may result in delaying the construction of proposed four-lane elevated road-cum-metro track project on Ajmer Road.

Hi Manohar..The Jaipur metro will soon have the trail runs by April or May 2013.DMRC has applied to the Research Designs and Standards Organisation to carry out inspection work for trial runs. All mandatory documents have been submitted in this regard and they are expecting to get the approval soon.
