Hi , Do anyone have the update on the 6 lane progress. As i have visited last week but didn't see any ongoing action after junction of Rajarhat main road.

Yes, it is a good project to invest. Both builder and promoters are well known in Kolkata. Only concern is the 6 lane express way. If you can find what is the current status of the expressway will be great. The appreciation of the project is depend on the expressway. If you are a allocate of Kolkata, please find the approval status of the expressway before investing. If there is any agitation by farmers, time to complete the Road, Plans of Development Authority.

Hey Sanjay..in 2011 i heard that he proposed six lane near Ideal Abasan has not been approved by government due to protest by farmers due to land acquisition. And is the project approved by SBI..??

Yes, project is approved by SBI and also few people have taken loan from SBI for the Abasan project. I have booked a flat in Abasan and curious to know if the 6 lane is not happening the price will go down and there is no proper road to the building.
