Head that the new proposed lines of metro will cross through many residential areas and due to that residents are very much worried about the construction. What will happen to the existing houses or construction?

Yes there are two news routes which got sanctioned b y DMRC, but i am not sure about the perfect routes... anyone who knows the news?
