Hey jackiee...around 117.77 km of pipeline has been covered in three packages. The total expenditure done so far is around Rs 1,949.53 crore.

According to the officials of Water Board, special attention of chief minister can make things move on. If the board could not acquire the land from Forest Department, then they would opt its own identified land at Murmur in Karimnagar district.

Hi Sujan ..i also heard that a suitable land for construction of Master Balancing Reservoir at Ghanpur is yet to be acquired. I think besides these two problems..entire project is progressing fast.

Hi jackiee...The Godavari drinking water project is facing difficulties in acquisition of 50 acre forest land spread across Karimnagar, Medak and Rangareddy districts.
