A person who has taken education beyond the agent level as required by state laws and has passed a broker's license exam. Brokers can work alone or they can hire agents to work for them. Real estate salesperson: Another name for a real estate agent.

what ever you choose it is always better that you make your expectations clear in front of your agent and tell him what should be done clearly. Things like picking you up and dropping you at the door step after showing you a home, the ways to communicate, the time frame and the feedback about the agent should be considered important.

real estate agent has the knowledge of his domain and it’s always better to hire an intelligent and experienced agent if you are dealing with properties, also agents can remove themselves from the emotional aspects of the transaction so, they can negotiate well unlike most buyers and sellers.
