2BHK TNagar ~800sqft..value?????

Q: Hi Everyone...could anyone give an approximate resale value of a recently renovated medium 2BHK in T.Nagar? Any input on square feet rate, depreciation with number of years is highly appreciated...its about 800sq feet, right next to railway station...also has teak wood furnishing(inbuilt) and fitted with air conditioner...
I would highly appreciate it if you could explain your estimate with reasons too ..

Hi Anu..as per your description about your flat..i think you ca sale your flat in approx Rs 80 lakhs . I checked out few properties which are on resale and came out with this result. Afresh 2 bhk apartment in T. Nagar is price above one crore. By the way what is the project name..?? and what is the age of your property..??
