Hi Bibu.. Seven Hills Sands is offering studio apartments and one bedroom apartment . Home loans are also available from HFC and DHFL bank.

Hi Bibhu..last year i heard many complaints about Seven Hills Sands...many people did not get possession of their flats..some even said that company has not deposited service tax also. May be the builder has deposited now..not sure.. Kindly do a research of this project and builder and then invest.
