Hi all...I live in Ahmedabad...read this discussion....wanted to tell you all that same situation is in Ahmedabad also. The Rajiv Gruha Kalpa (RGK) colony in Ahmedabad encompasses 4,512 units and around 3,916 flats were handed over to the allottees. But only 2,300 beneficiaries are residing in their flats.
Hi Abhishek..the beneficiaries are reluctant to stay at Ahmedguda as this area does not give road connectivity. It is situated very close to Jawaharnagar dumpyard.
Hey i heard that over 6,000 residential units are lying empty. Few allottees have even sold off their flats and some are reluctant to pay the increased cost to the state government for completion of the project.
Hi Abidhek..Owing to poor civic facilities at Rajiv Gruha Kalpa colonies, many flat allottes of Rajiv Gruha Kalpa flats in Hyderabad are not willing to stay in the flats.
