Hello, I am planing to rent a house in Paryavarna Complex for my small family with a baby. Is it safe community? Is it gated? Any idea about availability of electricity, water, maids?? Please advise. Ill be grateful for any help in this regard.
Hi Pranay, No, I don't think that it will ever get regularized. Clear title apartment at this location would be more than 3-4 Cr. Here are the plus points and minus points of Paryavaran Complex:- 1) Walking distance to Saket Metro Station (5- 8 Minutes by foot), This station is on the longest line of metro. Main Stations in this line are Gurgaon, AIMS, New Delhi Railway Station, Old Delhi Railway Station, Bus Stand, Old Delhi, Delhi University, North Delhi etc. 2) It is almost in the Heart of south Delhi, 1KM from PVR Saket. 3) All big Schools within 2 KM range, Like Amity, DPS, APEEJAY, Gyan Bharti and many more 4) Ideally located, if you have to work in Delhi, Gurgoan, or Fariadabad. 5) Airport are 30-45 minute drive.
Minus Points 1) Entry road is narrow, and you will find traffic jam very often. 2) No home Loan. 3) power of attorney only.
Hi KANISK, Have u shifted to that place, If yes can you give feedback on the same. I am not very sure why the property rates are so low there even if it is south delhi. I there any water or electricity problem. How is the parking and safety inside colony. Is there any security there? Kindly let me know. I am looking for a rented house there. Thanks
Well this is a good location, posh south Delhi with metro connectivity, reputed schools and hospitals nearby but the flip side is that these are/where illegal colonies so please be cautious and look for papers ad get legal opinion before putting in your money.
See Delhi itself is not safe for girl looking at the news and all the incidents no one can promise the safety , they need to be very caution and family needs to be area, As a area it is a residential area so it is good one .
Hi, Saket is in south delhi and is one of the posh areas of Delhi. yes ;it is safe girls for staying but you need to check out whether they are staying with family or not, If with family things are fine.
