Actually there is no sales agreement yet.I think evrything will be given during fianl hand over( God knows when that will happen?? ALthough they have taken 90% amount 3 years before only). Abhro, are you talking abt Phase 2A- J block ? Which building number you got allotted?

SP Shukhobrishti is a a big housing project. They are providing 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.And i heard that they are very affordable also. What have you decided Mr Gupta..?
