Hi Ananya..we should be thankful..the government has recently reduced the Value Addition Charges from Rs 414 per sq mt to Rs 100 per sq mt..else we would have to shell out more.

Hi Ananya..don't confuse...the Value Addition Charges in Cyberabad will be collected by GHMC only. CDA no more exits after the formation of GHMC in April 2007.

Hi Ananya..Cyberabad areas are Madhapur, Hitec City, Serilingampally, Gachibowli, Nanakramguda, Gopanapally, Guttala Begumpet, Kanamet and Raidurg Navakalsa. These areas fall under Cyberabad Development Authority.

Yes Ananya..he residents of Cyberabad areas will also have to pay Rs 100 per sq mt for every square metre of built up area. This amount is fixed as an additional. One also has to pay regular building fee to GHMC also.
