Sewage outflow in Chennai

Q: Hi..all the the city is witnessing sewage outflow. Any step taken by Chennai metro water to prevent this..?

Hi all..The Metro Water is also planning to introduce automated inline water quality monitoring system which will continuously monitor the quality of water supplied to residents.

Hi..i will explain you the whole process..Firstly, the height of waste would be determined by the level detector which will send a signal to the controlling system. After receiving signal, the controlling system will start and stop large pumps. This will empty the well and would transfer the waste into sewage treatment plant.

Hi neeraj...In this technology, the officials will install ultrasonic level detectors in sewage collection wells which will collect the waste and automatically pump sewage from one location to another

Hi Neeraj..the Chennai Metro Water is planning to use a new technology to minimize sewage outflow.the estimated cost of this project is Rs 4 crore project.
