Yes Mr reddy..it is just an another marketing strategy..Earlier, developers followed the trend of offering discounts.

Hello monika..i think that this offer would generate interest and enquiries among people but will not result in actual transactions. It is because property buying is a long-term decision and customers will not take any decision on the basis of this offer
