There is problem related to utility services offered to residents in ATS..Eg-washerman,Car cleaner etc..They behave like unionised people and tend not to attend residents from other tower hence creating monopoly for one hence delivering s sub standard services... These people ensure that residents doesn't have option except than one that is attach to tower..We need to fix it..They can't dictate terms to residents and if somebody deny to provide requisite service he/she should be banned from coming to society...
