Nothing improvement there.. even there is a huge company (Michelin tyre factory - over 2000 emp working there) near by the land.. hopefully present selling rate in thirunagar is minimum of rs.200 per sqft..

Hey devanathan aanand .. well the tamil nadu realty is booming in general. Land prices all over have been witnessing a boom. Ground rate differs from seller to seller.. hope this helps..
