Hi, Demolition and reconstruction restricted in apartment case. first u have to take permission from apartment association and builder owner and from local authorities. If their is no issues from this body then u can remodel your own unit. approx 20 to 30 % of the interior demolish is permit able as per law. but try to take necessary help from local advisor.
