How is real estate along NH-1?

Q: Hi, what are the real estate prospects along NH-1 stretch? Which are the areas good for investment along NH 1?

Kundli property market is registering new benchmarks in turnover and offering new opportunities for investment. The forthcoming 135km-long Kundli- Manesar- Palwal Expressway could make real estate projects in Kundli more viable for investors.

Hi, I think three place like Kundli, Sonipat and Panipat are the hostessed destination for investment. Mainly looking at the growth of infrastructure like expressways , these place will give more than double future Returns.Sonipat-Kundli is emerging as the new residential destination for the
investors and mid-end users in NCR. Sonipat is a town that falls under
the municipal council in Sonipat district under the state of Haryana.

Real estate prospects along the national highway 1 are very lucrative. You have not mentioned if you are interested in investing in a commercial property for industrial usage or otherwise. If you are seeking to invest for industrial usage, the New Delhi Haryana border is the best region. Places like Sonipat, Kundali, Rai extending up to Panipat are a great places to invest. Panipat is an industrial city and any investment from New Delhi to Panipat along the NH1 Is going to offer good gains over a short term o medium term. If however you are seeking to procure land purely as an investment vehicle you can go along the highway from New Delhi, Haryana up to Punjab. The stretch between Ludhiana to Jalandhar is also a very good option attracting large number of investors.

National Highway 1 or NH1 is one of the longest and oldest highways of India. Carved out of the traditional Grand Truck Road or GT road, it runs from New Delhi to the Wagah border near Amritsar-Lahore border. NH 1 passes through a number of cities including New Delhi, Sonipat, Panipat Karnal to Ambala, Kudhina, Jalandhar and Amritsar. You have not mentioned the preferred area of your interest. If you are located closer to Delhi, I suggest investing in NH1 near Sonipat and Kundli is going to offer you tremendous value for money. Kundli and Sonipat are just half an hour's drive from New Delhi and the proposed Metro line is going to offer great connectivity options. The prices however are a little steep since the area has already witnessed a lot of investor interest.
