In previous days I'd no idea about real estate development city but now in India, real estate is the best platform for growing business, more profit & fame we can get through this sector. Even everyone want to invest in real estate filed and in a growing city, which is Gurgaon for commercial and residential property. The development along the national Highway 2 has been quite steady especially close to New Delhi and Kolkata, the two ends of the highway. The opening of the Yamuna expressway has increased property prices right from Noida, greater Noida right up to Agra. As far as Delhi- Mathura stretch is concerned, it was one of the first regions along National Highway 2 to witness real estate activity and remains one of the strongest points owing to its close proximity to New Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. The national Highway 2 or NH2 running from New Delhi to Kolkata passes through a number of regions and states. The New Delhi Mathura is the first stretch of the highway in Uttar Pradesh. The highway touches Palwal and Faridabad in Haryana before entering Mathura. Due to its close proximity to New Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon and other NCR regions, New Delhi Mathura road stretch is a very good investment destination. You have not mentioned whether you are interested in investing in agricultural land or are focusing on apartments in the Delhi Mathura highway. The current average price for a residential apartment in the region is between Rs. 21,000 to Rs. 22,000 per square meters.
