Hi guys.. KMPeway is influencing Sonipat real estate to a great extent.. The private builders in Sonipat are mostly interested in developing projects adjacent to the expressway in Sonepat.. some of the projects that are being developed in Sonepat near the KMP Expressway are Tulip Grand, Ansal’s Green escape, Max heights Metro view apartments, Jindal global city, etc.

The construction started way back in 2007 and it was planned to become operational by mid 2009. But till now, not even half is done. It is estimated that the expressway will not be ready even partially before second half of 2013.

KMP expressway connecting Kundli with Palwal via Manesar in Haryana is presently under construction and is expected to be functional by a year or two. It will connect important industrial centres of Haryana and intersect four of India's busiest National Highways: NH-1 near Kundli (Sonipat), NH-10 near Bahadurgarh, NH-8 at Manesar (Gurgaon).

How and why the govt is tolerating the builder is a big question?Due to its delay all Delhi is breathing poluted air and the builder is just relaxing and paving the way to become more rich.

Many projects are coming up along the KMP expressway as it is considered to be a major advantage to have a property near the expressway because of its connectivity to all major NCR cities like Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad.

The real estate in NCR has witnessed a great change with the entry of KMP Expressway. But the problem is delay in completion of the project construction. Buyers and developers are concerned as their investments would not grow much until the KMP eway gets functional.
