Infrastructure development in NH-10 stretch

The infrastructure development along national highway 10 has been quite good. As the above member mentioned, some areas may be lagging in development compared to others along the highway, it is more because of fertile agricultural land rather than any lack of investors. There might not be infrastructural development in these regions but the land prices have been giving very good returns in the medium term for investors. The best infrastructural development along NH-10 has been closer to New Delhi near Bahadurgarh and Rohtak and then in Punjab near Sirsa and Mandi Dabwali. You can choose the location considering you area of interest but Punjab offers better returns especially along the NH 10 route in my opinion compared to Haryana and New Delhi.
