If you are looking for properties within 50 lakh then you can better look for emerging markets like Faridabad and Bhiwadi. Noida and Gurgaon are priced high. Greater Gurgaon and Noida expressway are good for investing.

The rates are different in different parts of NCR.. For ex- per sq ft rate in Noida Extn is Rs 3100 to 3500, in Dadri Road it is Rs 2200-3000, Sector 100 Noida Rs 5600 to 6000, Golf course extn 8600-9000, etc.
