hello , if you looking property in mahanagar location then i will suggest you move towords shalimaar galiant it provide 2 bhk and 3 bhk flat and other amminites in very intial rate . it situtaed in center mahanagar area whivh is very posh area at cost only 5700 per sq ft.]
