Yes, it is good idea. For your information note that this project is near to one Sai Baba temple, Gajularamaram Kukatpally. It would be easy for you to reach this location.

What is the possession date? Which all units are available?

When i enquired, got information that the project is still under construction and possession date around nov 2013. Only 2 BHK are available.

The price range is around 22 lakhs. Price for per sq ft is above Rs 2150. The location is good, you can visit once and plan accordingly.

So it would be better to look at areas like Tellapur/Nallagandla for investment purposes. However if you are looking for a place to live then areas like Kukatpally are also good.
