ASF INSIGNIA IT SEZ.... What is the concept of IT SEZ??? Any suggestions???

Q: Hello everyone,
I found this ASF insignia property (Delhi-Gurgaon Border) quiet appealing as the amenities they are offering is really good. But I am little confused about investing in the project as I am not clear about the concept of IT-SEZ. Any information will be helpful.

ASF insignia IT SEZ is offering their project for the lease hold period of 30 years which can be renewed once the lease duration ends. They are also situated in one of the upcoming areas in Gurgaon ( Goal Pahadi ) and have best in class amenities and security features.

Hello megha,
Sez’s are special economic zones which are recognized by government of India and hence are totally safe from investment point of view. SEZ properties are leased property. One cannot own the property but can take it on lease for a decided no of years by the organization. Once the lease duration ends you can renew it again for same interval of time by paying a nominal amount.
