The sincere efforts of the Government must be made to ensure optimum use of land resource that is left over. Vertical growth will also address the problem of shortage of housing in the city. This will allow Delhi to accommodate the growing population.

The Urban Development Ministry as well as Delhi Development Authority have given enough indication of increasing the FAR.

According to Delhi Urban Development Minister, they have given the green signal for construction of tall buildings.As soon as the proposal is approve, the government has to check the strength of the existing building should also be checked.
