building/constructing of floor above second floor is allowed in builder flat in Indirapuram? is it true ?

Q: I have Heard that now building/constructing of floor above second floor is allowed in builder flat in Indirapuram? is it true ?
if yes,then where is the notification regarding the same or if no,then by when it is expected to be allowed. I have second floor of builder flat in indirapuram with roof right written in registry of the property but i have heard from source that you cant build a floor above 2nd floor even if it is allowed because you need NOC from builder and all the owers of each floor...Pl guide as it is very urgent. Thanks

Even I am looking for the answer to the same question. same situation, 2nd floor with roof rights, and need to know if I can construct. Plus I have also hear that you can go for temp construction where you can construct but can not have a permanent bricked roof. Not sure how true is this.....
