I heard that this kind of condition i.e the market conditions are expected to remain for the next few months, NRIs could benefit from some attractive options available in the market.
Hey the property prices are on the lower side and many companies are offering good discounts on negotiation. The discounts as well as depreciated rupee make properties much cheaper to NRI investor...so many people will come and buy properties. :)
Hey Vivek, as the rupee settles around 61-62 against the US dollar, NRIs are flying down to Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and even smaller cities like Pune and Kochi to invest in real estate projects..
Yes also for Bangalore based Puravankara projects have highest attraction for NRIs. Around 25-27 per cent of sales come from overseas purchases and the trend continuing for some more time. But the truth is that Bangalore has always been an attractive location for NRIs for purchasing properties due to its international lifestyle, good climate and the IT crowd..:)
Hi I heard that several property developers have seen big purchases by NRIs due to depreciated rupee..as the major players like Godrej Properties, Puravankara Projects, DLF, Rustomji and Mantri Realty among others, say they have seen a significant increase in sales from NRIs.
