HMDA to speed up ongoing projects

Q: Hi heard that Chief minister has directed the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) to speed up ongoing projects. Please discuss.

Hey guys the initiative has been taken by FI(Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) with the help of HMDA for the conservation and restoration works.

Hey do you know the board have also approved the land pooling scheme initiated by the authority.The CM also agreed for the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) master plan for HMR. Also another major project i.e Science City, being taken up at a cost of Rs 160 crore, and Eco Park at Kotwalguda and Education Hub at Jawaharangar were also cleared by the HMDA board.

Yes Abdul also owners, builders and developers would have the option to obtain approval of building permissions in a speedy manner within seven working days. I think that is really good.

I think the board also cleared preparation of master plan for the Secunderabad Cantonment area. The HMDA covers 7,257 square kilometres, the Secunderabad Cantonment is spread over 42 sq kms.

Hey heard that the cheif minister has asked the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) to speed up ongoing projects like radial roads, and new projects like Hyderabad Habitat centre, Educational Hub ,Science City and initiatives like land pooling schemes and all.
