Q: Hi, i got the news that there are chances for the price to fall?? Kindly update me with the news!

So how long should we wait?and how will the investors get to know that whether the price is actually going down or not!

Imran as per the report, the expected waiting time has increased to 9 months something that does not augur well for the inventory-heavy industry! So lets wait and watch the game!

Then Farhan, the percentage of buyers who expect prices to fall by more than 10 per cent has almost doubled from 14 per cent of sample last quarter to 25 per cent this quarter. !!!

Yes Kashif and shockingly the survey says that, more buyers are willing to wait, with almost a third of our sample willing to wait more than a year before buying a property.

Hmmm even experts has said that the trend is strong in all the eight cities that were surveyed and reflects a shift from the previous quarter when buyers expected price rise to continue.

According to one of the real estate report, it is expected that price might fall down in eight major cities of India -- Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Bangalore.

True Deep, it is also estimated that within 6 months the price might fall down. Importantly the prices in Hyderabad got affected due to the Telengana issues.
