This is really a good news, with many of the corridor’s stations falling along Ring Road, construction will have to be carried out in congested and traffic-heavy areas. Beyond Moti Bagh, the corridor will connect South Extension and Lajpat Nagar, before turning towards Mayur Vihar at the Sarai Kale Khan ISBT.
Good afternoon all,I would like to add a small update about the news, that the metro officials said the Brar Square pedestrian crossing will be made signalfree once the Delhi Cantonment station opens as its entry and exit will be open to non-Metro users also.
Guys I heard this will also get an extension after the complition of the project?The latter stretch is part of the Mukundpur-Shiv Vihar Metro corridor that will pass over the Dhaula Kuan flyover and the Airport Express line.

Yes Suhail, the 2.5km stretch between Delhi Cantonment and Brar Square near Dhaula Kuan is complete six months ahead of schedule and will be cleared of traffic barricades soon.The authority said they are trying to wrap up the work soon! So we might get a good news!
