Also apartments of 1300-2000 sq ft are available in the range of Rs 3,500-4,500 sq ft. Thus, an 1800-sq-ft apartment is available at Rs 45 lakh. Mainly localities is in the range of Rs 45-90 lakh.
The main reason for the groeth is that the city has by now moved far beyond the status of an IT hub and is attracting business along a multitude of industry verticals.
@Balwinder: I think localities such as Kondapur, Hitech City, Gachibowli and Manikonda will be good. Also the connectivity and infrastructure these localities have carved out a niche for themselves.
