Q: Hey heard that the demand in Hyderabad is shifting from 2BHK apartments to 3BHK apartments. Kindly discuss on this news.

@Balwinder: I think localities such as Kondapur, Hitech City, Gachibowli and Manikonda will be good. Also the connectivity and infrastructure these localities have carved out a niche for themselves.

Hello Vineeth, there is a increase of 3-11 per cent was recorded in demand for 3BHK units in the last three months, indicating for the larger homes.

Hey Vineet.. I think it is advisable and wise to go for a 3BHK unit. By just paying 10 to 15 per cent extra, you get a spacious and luxury home.
