YesI just have move in one of the project name 'the Coral'. I like the residential that they have made. It is very good and has use the very good quality of products. Also the flat is well furnished with very good space. They also have some new projects coming up 'The Palms' and 'IndiHomes' they are also going to be very much rich in quality and lifestyle.
But NH alone cannot determine the development and liability of the area… Gurgaon and Manesar is most liveable with internal roads developing rapidly and having provision for basic amenities.. but it still will take 3-4 years to be actually livable. Bhiwadi, Dharuhera and Neemrana are also seeing progress but slowly compared to gurgaon and manesar…
Physical infrastructure consisting of roads, power, sewage, sanitation and water supply while social infrastructure refers to schools, colleges, malls, entertainment avenues among others. Currently, Gurgaon itself suffers from inadequate infrastructure in respect of proper roads, regular power and water supply and city sewage disposal mechanism.
ya, you are right sarthi, there is much more to be done. hopefully the 2031 masterplan, KMP highway and teh DMIC will all have its impact and slowly ,,,but most probably in 10 years time all these areas will be liveable...
Hi Baldeep, consider the land prices also. land in gurgaon being priced at Rs2500-3000 per Sqft in locations on NH8 near the 2nd toll plaza. Manesar its prices 2200-2400per sqft while dharuhera land is at 1100-1400per sqft. Neemrana, alwar and kotputli are priced lowest at Rs 350-800 per sqft....
Property prices are at an all time high in gurgaon….manesar is considered part of gurgaon and has already established itself as an office destination which has further increased the prices of residential projects there…
yeah Dharuhera, bhiwadi, neemrana and other such cities are priced moderately considering the prices in gurgaon and can be called considered affordable… but the prices here are based on future appreciation and investor sentiments.Alwar and Kotputli have residential prices which are at nearly one-third of prevailing prices in the Gurgaon residential market in upcoming corridors adjacent to NH-8.
Gurgaon, which is close to Delhi and part of the NCR has seen huge growth. With existing road infrastructure in the form of NH-8 and the Gurgaon city exhausting its land resources nearer the main city, the city boundaries have been pushed further down NH-8. Real estate players like Vatika, DLF, orris, Godrej, Emaar MGF, 3C, Ansal API and Spaze have already started their projects which are nearing completion.
yeah… The residential real estate sector has seen exponential growth along NH8 with residential projects on the upcoming Dwarka-Gurgaon expressway which runs nearly parallel to the NH-8.
hi… yes it is, the 250km stretch has many emerging real estate hotspots like Manesar, Dharuhera, Bhiwadi, Neemrana, Kotputli and Alwar..Manesar, Dharuhera and Bhiwadi are satellite cities of Gurgaon and have a thriving industrial sector. Manesar is also witnessing commercial developments and residential projects by ABW, DLF, SARE and Sidharatha, which have seen good demand on account of their affordability.
Dharuhera has developers like Parsvnath, Vardhman, M2K, Ferrous Infrastructure, etc. Omaxe, Ashiana Group, BDI, Star Raison Landmark, MVL, Cosmos Infra, Avalon, Krish infrastructure and Piyush Group have their land base in Bhiwadi. so many known and reputed builders are here.....so safe investment area
quite true… the development of national highways have a dual effect on the economy… it does provide the vital connectivity and triggers development in the cities and towns enroute. Neemrana has attracted heavy industrial investment from Japanese manufacturing firms.Manufacturing facilities by firms such as Daikin, Mitsui Chemicals, Nissan, Nippon and NYK Logistics has invested heavily here. Some residential projects by Ashiana, Eldeco and Anant Raj have been launched and the area has tremendous potential for integrated township projects and low-cost, affordable housing.
yeah!! even alwar is seeing much development...especially on the Bhiwadi alwar bypass road and the city outskirts… Even Kotputli in Rajasthan has developments by Eklavya Housing and has many plot development projects by small and individual developers..
