Hello, there are many schools and colleges here...there are 3 universities as well and with the opening of Rajiv Gandhi Educational City.. this will be a good destination as IIT -delhi already has about 50acres in it where it plans to have a campus and there are many other universities establishing their campuses here..

Hi..Samar is right. The price in this area is quite competitive for an area that is on delhi border..the average price here is around Rs 3400-3800 per sqft. and you can easily get a 50 sq yards plot for Rs 4 lakhs and above..
This place is very near to area in North and North west delhi like rohini, pitampura and model town

well i have been looking at this area for some time now..and i feel that the prices have been quite stable over the past year... now that many of the projects are nearing completion the prices are expected to rise but i dont think it will be a big rise

Hi Shailja, sonipat is quite strategically located close to Delhi and along many upcomming infrastructural developments..this is the reason for thinking that the area will grow in future. Delhi is anyways facing a crunch in housing and even the nearby areas like noida and gurgaon are not affordable by a common man....

yea shailja... the area is surely on its way to be the next destination. many small scale industries are already operational here and there is a good number of schools and colleges as well.. once the Rajiv Gandhi Educational city is completed a large number of students are also expected....
