Hi kavita, You can also look to invest in Agrim vista as mentioned by rajiv. Great project with good appreciation over the years. also have all the sizes to fit different budgets. The area is upcoming as well. I have really liked their previous completed project Agrim residency, Kahilipara. The best i have seen in guwahati.

Swasti Residency is available for resale in 2/3 BHK (768-948)sq.ft in Rs. 21.80-2654 lacs whereas 3BHK (1232-1239)sq.ft in Rs. 34.39-34.69 lacs. There are few units are available. As the developer is giving possesion by this month.so almost the construction work has finished.

Swasti Residency-2 has been ready to move since oct'2012. It indicates that the project has been sold out but you can buy this property as a resale value. The resale value of 2BHK in 588 sq.ft is Rs. 16.46 lacs. Otherwise you can see the similar property in neighbouring areas like Dharapur, Guwahati - 33
1BHK in 498 sq.ft @2900/sq.ft.

As per the discussion with the sales person i got to know that you have to pay Rs. 1 lacs as a down payment bacaue the construction work has almost finished and similarly in Agrim Vista by Agrim infra. Here the 80% work has been finished.

Hello Preeti,
Yes, without any government approval no any bank will provide loan. This project comes under the Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority.
If you are staying in Delhi, it is quite difficult for bank to provide you loan but if you have previously taken any loan and got a NOC, can provide you the loan from the similar bank.

The real estate boom is slowly catching up in South East. And Guwahati is on the top in this move. Guwahati is witnessing a good influx of tourists and professionals. Also it is always wise to invest in upcoming prospective places. This is because, prices are reasonable here and at the same time they yield good returns in a long term.
Few bankers like LIC HOusing Finance, SBI,ICICI Home Finance,IDBI and AXIS Banks are providing loan for this property.
