According to me over the next six to nine months, the overall business sentiment in Hyderabad is likely to remain stable. Investors may find this period favourable, as property valuations are low and there is still chance for the property prices to be increased.
Also I think there are chances, that andra people would migrate from Hyderabad to Andhra Pradesh. Also now there are more chances for Andhra Pradesh to boom up in industrial as well as residential sector.
Hey rigtht now we cannot comment much on Telangana's impact on the real estate market. Some industries might shift to Andra Pradesh to enjoy the special concessions and status.
However, the real estate market of Hyderabad might not be much affected with the upcoming changes due to the end of political uncertainty and Hyderabad serving as a joint capital of both the states for another 10 years. Also Hyderabad and twin city Secunderabad are the most developed city of the state with the world class infrastructure. They will definitely attract more industries and migration from the other parts of the state and country.
The prices of real estate in Hyderabad will zoom up to match with those in Bangalore & Chennai. So I think this is right time to do some investment there, as you can expect double returns in future.
Hey the two States with Hyderabad as combined Capital for 10 Years while TWO brand new capital cities are built in two states. During this period, the States will resolve critical issues like sharing of water, power etc
Hey Vineet, Property developers have been holding back from launching new ventures till the political dust settles in the state. I think there will be a big boom in real estate.
