Can i sell a flat which is yet to get a mortgage clearance?

Q: I was offered a flat by my builder...
My builder says... All the flats in that particular floor can be registered only when the apartment construction is complete as apartment is in mortgage... " I payed the complete amount exclusive of registration. I want to sell this flat asap. What should be my approach to do the same?

Hi Chandrakanth, I think you should go to the bank for confirmation so that you can sell the flat as soon as possible.

Hi Chandrakanth, If banks are giving home loan for your property then it is fine you can sell your property. You can also list your property on real estate websites.
