Hi, i would like to add that the UPSIDC has promoted this place as a planned area and it comprises of 20 sectors—12 residential and eight industrial on a total of 3,600 acres of land.

Reputed real estate groups like Ansal Housing, RMS Group, Swarnim Group, MSX, Care Group, etc, have announced mega group-housing projects here. Infact, the Ansal Housing and Construction Ltd has completed a mega township project called as the Ansal East End, on 88 acres; and has plots and villas along with modern facilities like gardens, play area, health care facilities, maintenance staff, security, clubhouse, rainwater harvesting, etc.

Quite true about the connectivity and the Delhi government has also announced two bridges over Yamuna to ease the connectivity as well. The realty projects here include residential, commercial, and pollution-free industrial segments. Several real estate projects are planned and the NCR Planning Board has given East Delhi Extension priority over other areas for development and budgetary allocations. So this is a future safe investment destination.

Yea Allka, with less availability of land parcels in Delhi and even the surrounding area, the builders and developers are looking for new destinations and this city near Loni is emerging as an good location.

Hello , this locality is on the Delhi-Saharanpur Highway (Baghpat region) and is just 18km from the ISBT and 14km from the Delhi border. It is also quite conveniently located and is approachable from the scenic Alipur-Bund Road along Yamuna on the western side and Delhi-Saharanpur Road on the east.

yeah Sooraj is right, the area is also near to the North campus of Delhi university and many infrastructure developments are already ongoing like the widening of Sonia Vihar road, signature bridge to replace the Old Wazirabad bridge and an elevated road connecting Tronica city to shahdra in east Delhi.
