Unitech builders plans to deliver 6 million sqft

Q: Hi, heard a news that Unitech builders are planning to deliver 6 million sq ft of space in this financial year.

yes Anis, unitech has started selling someof its assets and instead of clearing their debt, they are putting the money into construction and plans to deliver the 6 million sqft of the pendings...

Yeah Tushar, during its peak time the company had delivered area of around nine million sq ft annually four years ago and during this slow down also the company is trying to achieve this.

Due to economy slowdown many builders have defaulted including DLF, Parsvnath and Emaar - MGF but guess now its high time that they complete the pending works
