Vasant Kunj flats allocation formalities

Q: Hi, i was reading that the allocation formalities have not been finished with in the Ganga block

Yeah of the 400 flats that are ready for allocation only 81 has requested possession, and this despite DDA giving a deadline of march 15th. It is mainly because of incomplete formalities.

Well the construction of the other blocks has already been completed and more than 90% handed over as well..possession in 2226 flats has already been given...

These flats were originally build to accommodate foreign technicians during the commonwealth games and were high priced as compared to other DDA houses and are furnished flats
