Q: Hi , discuss on news that there has been increase in new launches in the first quarter of 2014.

Hi, in the report by the global agency Cushman & Wakefield there are more than 55000 units being launched in the 8 major cities during the first quarter of the year which is much higher than the numbers during the same period last year..

Well, the reports say that Mumbai and Bangalore together constitutes to about 50% of the above said numbers.... which just shows the expanding real estate in these 2 major cities.

Well except NCR and Ahmedabad, all other cities registered increase.. NCR saw the sharpest decline at 18%.
