Hey guys , if you want to do investment for short term investment I would say Hyderabad would be good. Because of Telangana the prices went down but there are chances after some time the prices will be go high again. And for long term investment Andhra Pradesh would be good because already places like in Vizag and Vijaywada the price have already boomed up.
Kondapur is also good place. A close second to Gachibowli is Kondapur. Situated 20 km to the north-west of Hyderabad, this locality has also retained its position as a preferred investment destination.
@Himani: Capital values at Miyapur range Rs 2850 per sq ft to Rs 3500 per sq ft. Prices start from Rs 20 lakh to Rs 62 lakh for a 2BHK unit. The sizes would range from 1000 sq ft to 1440 sq ft. It is located to the north west of Hyderabad, Miyapur also held on with a tight grip to the list of preferred localities scoring better than areas, such as Manikonda, Kukatpally, Chanda Nagar, Hitec City etc.
Guys Gachibowli is situated close to areas such as Hitec city, Kondapur, Madhapur, Chanda Nagar, Manikonda, etc. All these areas are home to several multinational companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Polaris, etc which employs thousands of people every year. I think it would best place..:)
Hey also Hyderabad railway station is 17 km from this locality and the airport is 32 km from Gachibowli. Gachibowli with its wide roads and clean environment.
Hey Rubiya , yes even I feel so as It has good connectivity too. The Old Mumbai Road and the Outer Ring Road (ORR) connect Gachibowli to other parts of the city. Lingampally Railway Station and Hitec City are the nearest MMTS stations for the locality.
Hey guys popular localities in Hyderabad include Gachibowli, Kondapur, Miyapur, Manikonda and Kukatpally, would be good for investment purpose. These localities have retained their position as the preferred destinations for both capital and rental market.
Yes as far as I know it is right time for investmenta as the price are going up in real estate. The end to the six-decade long roar on the state of Telangana has brought positive sentiments in the real estate market of Hyderabad.
