If you want a house to stay in immediate future, SARK villas may be an option. Hiranandani and Lahiri too coming up with villa project on the other side of railway line. Though i have purchased the plot, i don`t intend to make a house there for another 6-7 years. But i loved the place and feel this can be a good retirement home for me :)
Guys there has been seeing constant hype starting from 2012 in ADibatla mainly due to upcoming and proposed developments. This is mainly due to fast completion of TCS SEZ, which is expected to start operations in 2014 as well as Cognizant SEZ starting its construction in 2014. :)

Hello Abdul, as far as I know Pocharam area is located along the Hyd-Warangal highway on the east side of Hyderabad. They got the early attention due to the Infosys SEZ, Raheja Mindspace East and Singapore(Sanskriti) Township). I feel that this area has got lot of potential for growth in the coming years. :)
