Q: I am looking to buy independent bungalow (duplex) in one of these areas
Ameenpur
Beeramguda
Bachupalli

My office is in Gachibowli. Need to know pros and cons of these areas based on which I am planning to take a decision.

Ameenpur to Beerumguda there is a big dump yard. ....the area is crowded but dump yard smell is stinky

Hi Harish, I work in Gachibowli too. I bought an duplex house in Ameenpur. This location is best to travel to Gachibowli and Nanakramguda. The best part of Ameenpur being all the housing ventures started in this location are independent gated communities. Also this location is equally disctanced to Chanda Nagar main road and outer ring road. There is no water problem as water was available at 97ft inside ground.

dont buy plot and independent house in bheeramguda ameenpur village,hyderabad. because worst power supply.minimum 10 times power cut at everyday.no proper road.very dusty area.water problem .Totally waste place the bheeramguda.

Hey this is the upcoming area which is cool for living with family including those for the elders who are enjoying the retired life. The basic amenities such as schools, colleges, banks, hospitals, market area are nearby, at a walkable distance and the area has clean water, air and no traffic noise pollution though it is very much accessible from JNTU, Miyapur etc

Hey Harish, I will suggest you Bachupallu, as this is an ideal market for end users to invest in land plots and properties. The existing real estate inventory consists of villas, multi-storey apartments and residential houses. Bachupally has the potential to expand and develop in future, due to its closeness to Hyderabad, Hitech City and Miyapur. It will soon become a residential destination for the IT sector and other groups. The rent here is comparatively low in comparison to other areas, which will also lure professionals looking for cheap accommodation.
