Hey! The best part about this location is the Metro, which will start operating very soon. Apart from improving the connectivity by many folds, this project has brought in so much development around the area in different sectors. The infrastructure has improved significantly. More people are investing in properties here, and so the demand is really high. The land may cost you anywhere in between INR 2,500/sq. ft and INR 3,000/sq. ft. It definitely depends on the location and other specifics though. Apart from these things, there are theatres in the vicinity for entertainment purposes. The Pune highway is close by too

Miyapur is a great location for family people also. The residential areas are not very cluttered. Schools like Sentia Global School and Tendril Preschools are present in this locality which is convenient if you have kids. The traveling can be easily done using the public transport. If there are old members in your family, you might want hospitals in close proximity for regular check ups. Miyapur has Ragi Hospital and Sri Shankara Nethralaya. The ATMs, supermarkets, vegetable stalls, petrol stations and banks add to the already long list of convenience

I would definitely suggest you to go ahead with your investment. Buying a property in Miyapur is worth it. There is good water supply by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply. Electricity is provided by the Andhra Pradesh State Electricity Board. The NH 9 is very easily reachable from this locality giving it good access to other places, cutting down on the commute time, which is especially helpful if you travel long distances for your work. The HITEC city is just 30 minutes from this locality at peak hours, and takes hardly 15 minutes when there’s no congestion in the traffic

Hey! The real estate growth in this Miyapur locality is amazing. It’s experiencing a real estate boom. The area is developing a lot and the rate of investment is pretty high. The connectivity here is amazing. Lots of people resort to the public transport facility available. The bus stop is close by and the Miyapur metro station too, which makes it really convenient to move around the city. There are schools, banks, hospitals and ATMs near by. Apart from that, you also have malls, shopping centres and other recreational facilities
