Please share contact details who have booked villas
Q: I have booked a villa and the construction is yet to start. I am getting increasingly worried day by day. Please share your contact details to discuss more.
Hi Venu, If you have more information please let me know us. also, we have to come up jointly and raise our voice so that it will impact builder to speed up in his process..
I have also bought one and it is already 2 years with no activity. No proper communication from the developers.I suspect something seriously wrong in the back end and hence the delay in approval. The developers have given different reasons all these two years each time when I manage to catch hold of them. Poorly executed project and will not recommend this developer for any of their other projects too.. @Sengathir, you can mail me @ s_thil34@yahoo.com , thanks Senthilkumar
Himani, CMDA approval is yet to be accorded (thats what Builders told me) to any one villa... currently the site is barren land with no trace of activity.. Even the hoardings which were available, now removed... really fishy..

@Pranab: Many parks such as the Gandhi park, Thirupur Kumaran Park and Krishna Nagar Park and others at Burma Colony and Bharathi Nagar has pushed the number of residential colonies in this area. Closeness to employment areas has also led to the rise of residential property demand. Private and government schools and colleges are found here. Malls and high streets are also present in this locality.
Yes, As far as I know you can get good returns as it is an ideal location for families to settle down as it is a old locality so you can also find many old houses there. It offers great connectivity to all parts of Chennai. Land and house I think you should go for Thambaram. It is good for both long term investments as well as enduse purpose. Within 5 years you can expect good appreciation.
