Rental Prices in Madhapur

Q: I’m looking to move out from my 1 BHK in Mysore to a similarly sized one in Hyderabad. I’m going to be working in Jubilee Hills, and plan to get a place in Madhapur. So, I need some info on the rent I’d be paying over there.

Hello there. Whether you’re a young person or an old person, Madhapur simply has much to offer in terms of amenities. The prices in Madhapur have slightly fallen over the past few months, and had seen better times a year before. Maybe this was due to the political condition of the city, but this trend seems to be slightly picking up. This actually might be a good time for you to get an apartment, because you might end up paying more if you rent one in the future. With the upcoming ITIR, prices may actually shoot up in coming times.

There’s so many apartments that you can consider when it comes to Madhapur. However, since you’re planning on taking a 1 BHK, I do have to warn you that the number of 1 BHKs available are less compared to the 2 BHKs and 3 BHKs out there. When you find one, depending upon various factors, you’ll find yourself paying something around Rs. 11 to Rs. 15 per square feet. Furnished apartments of course cost more than unfurnished apartments, but if you’re planning to stay for a shorter duration of time, a furnished apartment will make more sense.

Hi. I live in Gachibowli myself, which is nearby to Madhapur as you may already know. My area as well as Madhapur are both flowing to the brim with IT organisations from all parts of the world. Madhapu, along with Gachibowli, are newly developed localities whose urbanisation has been catalysed by the IT sector. The rents in these areas are relatively more expensive compared to the other parts of Hyderabad. Since you’re looking for a 1 BHK, I’d guess that you’d have to end up paying anywhere between Rs. 9,000 and Rs. 13,000. The location within Madhapur also matters a lot when it comes to these rental prices.
