I tried to join... but it says "Access is restricted till account verification.". Who verifies my account and how should it be completed?

Well Mr Prasanna, there might be one person probably the secretary of the association who has the administrative rights for the owners group. you need to contact this person and ask him to accept your request and grant you access rights. This group is restricted to only the owners in the apartment and so this procedure.
