hmm... i will say that this is a good move by the government and using such energy will be beneficial for all in the long run... because of initial costs people avoid putting such installations but making them mandatory will push them to take this extra step for the future..

It is a plan under which solar power generation will be made mandatory in different categories of buildings or areas with a suitable enforcement mechanism.

well, the plan is expected to generate 200 MW of power in the state and an annual saving of Rs 151 crore on coal and 16.60 lakh kilo litres of water.

Hey, i heard that for residential plots amin of 1 kw installation should be there and for private hospitals, malls and institutions a min of 10 kw instalation of solar power plant is mandatory
